Job summary

The Concierge at the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Memphis is an on-call, part-time role serving as the first point of contact for guests. It supports front desk operations, guest check-in/out, inquiries, and transportation coordination, with shifts including daytime, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

The position offers a pay rate of $19.50 per hour plus shift differential and requires scheduling flexibility to support Hope Lodge operations and guest services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources.
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies.
• Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records.
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols.
