Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Greeter to join our Security team. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, organized arrival experience for our guests, managing guest flow, and verifying reservations.

You will work with the Security and Operations teams to maintain a safe, professional environment while delivering service standards synonymous with Four Seasons. Evening/weekend availability is required for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Comfort using computers and electronic reservation systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
