Era Living seeks an on-call Receptionist for the University House Wallingford community in Seattle, WA. The role supports the Administration team, answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring front desk standards are met.

Qualifications

• 6 months of reception experience, preferred.
• Current certification (or willingness to obtain) certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Greet visitors and residents and guide them appropriately.
• Ensure that all standards and job functions for the front desk are being followed.
• Respond to all emergency situations.
• Complete clerical support duties when assigned.
