Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or six years of transportation industry experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, transportation, warehouse, or customer service fields is required.
• Proficient in Excel, complaint platforms, Microsoft Suite, and carrier tracking systems.
• Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).
• Willingness to work on call and weekends when necessary.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, particularly D365.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of interbranch transfers and distribution to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to meet requirements and select carriers.
• Address disruptions in the supply chain to minimize delivery impacts.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety and transportation; maintain records.
• Handle quality issues with carriers and warehouses to maintain standards.
• Maintain open communication with customers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Identify and resolve high-priority issues; develop contingency plans.
