Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, complaint platforms, Microsoft Suite, and tracking systems.
• Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).
• Willingness to work on call and weekends when necessary.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly D365, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation with customers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule interbranch transfers and distribute finished products to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to meet requirements and select carriers.
• Proactively address supply chain disruptions to minimize delivery impacts.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transactions in compliance with regulations.
• Act as liaison between warehouse, customers, sales, and customer service teams.
• Identify and resolve high-priority issues related to delays or inventory with relevant departments.
