Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or six (6) years of transportation industry experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, transportation, warehouse, or customer service industries.
• Proficient in Excel, complaint platforms, Microsoft Suite, and carrier tracking systems.
• Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).
• Willingness to work on call and weekends when necessary.
• Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly in D365.
• Experience in a customer facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transportation Coordination: Oversee scheduling and distribution of finished products to customers.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Proactively address disruptions and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and sites.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
• Quality Control/Issue Resolution: Handle issues with carriers and warehouses to maintain standards.
• Communication: Maintain open lines with customers, warehouses, carriers, and departments; report delays.
• Problem Solving: Identify high-priority issues and develop contingency plans; monitor transportation performance.
