Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Biometric Technician to support USCIS ASC operations in Baltimore, MD. This on-call casual role handles biometric registrations, crowd control, and front-line customer service for applicants and visitors.

You will work with a professional team, must obtain facility credentials, complete training within sixty days, and stand for shifts. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• US citizenship required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration and to handle fingerprints accurately.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
• Screen applicants for valid appointment notices and identification for facility entry.
• Maintain visitor control logs and assist in daily administrative duties as needed.
• Provide front-line customer service and enforce ASC rules and policies.
