Amentum in Ft. Smith, AR is seeking a Casual On-Call Biometric Technician to perform biometric registrations and support USCIS ASC operations. Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am–4:15pm with no guaranteed schedule; ideal for supplemental income and active in a government-facing setting.

You will process fingerprints, photos, and signatures, manage visitor flow, and provide courteous service while safeguarding PII and complying with site policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Aufgaben

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing both interior and exterior crowd control and assisting the staff in enforcing the rules and policies of the ASCs.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
