Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking an On Call Server to join our prestigious Trifecta team. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, describe dishes, and ensure guests receive timely, accurate orders while maintaining brand standards.

Applicants should have at least two years of food service experience, the ability to carry a tray, and strong English communication. Weekend, nights and holidays availability is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Two years food service experience or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve guest needs with knowledge of food & beverage items and preparation methods.
• Describe menu items with vivid details; communicate orders to the kitchen; coordinate timings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns or requests.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Set up and reset tables, buffets, and stations.
• Stock supplies for service and work harmoniously with team.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
