Four Seasons in Boston is seeking a Private Lounge Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for delivering food, clearing and setting up for events, and anticipating guest needs, all while adhering to the highest service standards.

This position requires a strong work ethic, ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays, and excellent communication skills. Along with a competitive hourly rate of $34.84, you will receive zero-cost medical benefits after 30 days and additional employee perks.

Private Lounge Server

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston - located in the heart of the Back Bay, this four-star hotel offers a dynamic environment for service staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to residents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Work independently during shifts with management support.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; appropriately settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
