Motion Industries in Ohio is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulics and related equipment for customers. You will install, service and upgrade equipment at client sites and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, documenting findings, and communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and 0–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and operate shop equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; works well with customers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs.
• Installs, diagnoses, repairs and supports equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and decide parts to repair or replace.
• Communicates technical information to customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provides technical training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Works under supervision following guidelines for moderately complex repairs.
