Qualifications

• Read hydraulic schematics.
• Operate shop equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively with customers, peers and management to resolve client issues.
• May lead small to moderate projects at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades.
• Diagnose problems, determine repair/replacement actions, and document findings.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on system equipment.
• Communicate status and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist less experienced technicians and lead small projects when needed.
