Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including on-site emergency repairs, equipment servicing and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnoses problems, assesses severity, documents findings, and decides to repair or replace parts.
• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements per customer specs.
• Keeps customers informed on service status and recommends system upgrades or repairs.
• Follows guidelines to perform moderately complex repairs and installations under limited supervision.
