Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and 0–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and diagnose equipment problems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services including repairs, maintenance and upgrades for client equipment.
• Installs, diagnoses, repairs and supports equipment at customer sites.
• Keeps customers informed of service progress and recommended improvements.
• Ensures safety and compliance with regulations and company standards.
