Job summary

Under general supervision, you will diagnose problems, install and upgrade equipment at customer sites, train customers on operation and maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high levels of service and support to clients.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and diagnose equipment issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site repairs, maintenance and upgrades for clients' equipment on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Diagnoses problems, documents findings, and decides on repairs or part replacements.
• Provides technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Leads small projects at customer sites and coordinates with customers and teams.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance and communicates updates to stakeholders.
