Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, diagnostics, repair and installation of hydraulics and related equipment at customer sites. You will work under supervision to ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical degree with 0–3 years' related experience, and strong communication skills to translate technical information for customers and teams. A robust benefits package accompanies this role.

Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including on-site emergency repairs, equipment servicing, and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
Responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose problems, assess scope, document findings, and decide repairs or part replacements.
Provide technical support and training to customers on operation and maintenance of system equipment.
