Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Program Aide On-Call to support infants, toddlers and preschoolers across classrooms and sites. You will assist with daily activities, classroom management and program operations under supervision of the Education & Inclusion Manager or Center Director.

The role emphasizes safety, relationship building with families, and adherence to Head Start standards. Some positions require travel to program sites and home visits.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Head Start/child care regulation certification as applicable now or in the future.
Within 90 days, obtain basic first aid and pediatric CPR certification.
Experience with infants, toddlers and preschoolers preferred.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
