Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative - On-Call to support the US Army Garrison Hawaii DPW Work Reception Desk. You will manage calls, triage requests, and document actions from a remote and in-office setting.

The role is part-time, on-call with evening hours, requiring dispatching and data-entry in ArMA and GFEBS, and working within a team that serves 24/7 including holidays. A high school diploma and US citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer help desk phone lines promptly and courteously.
• Provide part-time dispatch services 24/7 on Hawaii time, including weekends and holidays.
• Screen calls to determine DPW responsibility (maintenance vs. real property).
• Initiate DMOs via ArMA and email with correct facility codes.
• Dispatch DMOs promptly (priority 1 within 15 minutes; others within 1 hour).
• Enter DMOs into GFEBS and other systems.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
