Remedy Staffing in Honolulu (Airport) is seeking a reliable Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume calls, schedule service requests, and support technicians in a fast-paced plumbing environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, assigning work orders, tracking progress, and maintaining backflow service records, while communicating clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high volumes of calls and emails from customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Schedule and assign work orders, track progress, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Support “preferred” accounts by coordinating services, submitting proposals, and generating reports.
• Maintain and update backflow service records and schedule follow-ups.
• Review and prepare inspection reports and assist in responding to high-risk inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the Plumbing Service Manager and assist technicians with customer communications.

Position: Full-time, Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Location: Honolulu (Airport)
Industry: Plumbing
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
