Nakupuna Consulting seeks a Customer Service Representative - On-Call to support the US Army Garrison Hawaii, DPW Work Reception Desk. You will answer calls, triage requests, and dispatch maintenance orders from ArMA and document in GFEBS.

This on-call position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, ability to balance multiple tasks, and U.S. citizenship with base access. Hourly pay is $21.00, with applicable health and welfare as offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of relevant execution experience.
• Dispatching experience preferred.
• Experience in call tracking applications and customer service practices.
• Working knowledge of GFEBS preferred.
• Able to balance multiple tasks.
• MS Office experience required.

Aufgaben

• Answer help desk phone line promptly.
• Provide part-time dispatch services 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
• Screen calls to determine DPW responsibility.
• Initiate Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO) via ArMA via phone or email.
• Dispatch DMOs within required timeframes and record in the system.
• Process requests in ArMA and other designated systems.
• Enter all DMOs into GFEBS.
• Maintain professional disposition with internal and external customers.
• Ensure all work meets maintenance and repair standards.
