Job summary

WSP USA is seeking On Call Emergency Management Specialists to support recovery operations nationwide. These project-based roles require travel on short notice and deployment to multiple U.S. locations, including Florida.

Work is on an on-call basis rather than full-time, with extended schedules during deployments. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, 7 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in Emergency Management, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 7 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in an Emergency Management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and deploy on short notice.
• Must pass WSP Motor Vehicle screening and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Support disaster recovery phases with technical guidance and documentation.
• Deploy to Emergency Operations Centers or Field Staging Areas as needed.
• Assist with grant management, procurement, and cost documentation during projects.
• Review and ensure compliance of recovery documents and reporting.
