Job summary

WSP USA is seeking On Call Emergency Management Specialists, Procurement, with deployments from any U.S. office. Cadre members commit to 30 days, deploy within 24–48 hours, and may work long hours during deployments.

You will support disaster prep, response, and recovery nationwide and handle logistics, procurement, and documentation. Travel is required; strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office is essential. FEMA certification and MS Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in emergency management, with 3+ years in an emergency management role.
Prior procurement/administrative experience in emergency management and knowledge of ERP systems.
Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; able to deploy with short notice.

Responsibilities

Support Emergency Management team for disaster prep, response, and recovery nationwide.
Deploy to Emergency Operations Center or Field Staging Area as needed.
Handle logistics, supply, cost documentation, and resource unit functions.
Attend periodic training to maintain deployment eligibility.
Support project management functions and adhere to conduct policies.
