Qualifications

• Experience imaging and reimaging Windows OS on desktops and laptops.
• On-site hardware setup and peripherals handling.
• Familiar with Active Directory and GPO.
• Proficient with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to nearby sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up PC equipment for end-users.
• Provision operating systems and software on workstations.
• Troubleshoot Windows and application issues locally.
