Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking IT support staff in the Solvay area to image Windows desktops/laptops, deploy software, and provide end-user hardware setups. The role requires hands-on imaging, equipment handling, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Proven experience with Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, and printer/support duties is essential. Candidates will work on-site in New York and participate in enterprise IT services for end users.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience imaging Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment using carts/vehicles.
• Follows ESD safety precautions to prevent damage.
• Experience with IMACD and asset inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft OS and Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Image and provision OS and software onto workstations and laptops.
• Troubleshoot common IT issues and document resolutions.
• Use ticketing system to manage assignments and record work events.
• Provide delivery and setup of PC equipment to end-users.
• Support wireless devices and printers in an enterprise environment.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and GPO configurations.
