Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage immediate crisis situations and recommend interventions.
• Help individuals in crisis transition to appropriate levels of care.
