• On-call availability for days, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties.
• Greet residents and visitors and provide directions.
• Manage appointments for residents and families.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts.
• Organize and distribute mail and maintain records.
• Maintain desk area neat and organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
