Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care for residents in alignment with individualized care plans. You will identify residents, follow infection control and safety protocols, and report changes to the nursing team.

CPR certification is preferred. You will assist with daily living activities, chart care, and maintain a compassionate, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in accordance with state laws.
• Excellent observation, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Identify residents and deliver care with warmth and respect.
• Document care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of residents’ rooms and equipment.
