Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meals, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and a warm, supportive environment for residents. CPR is preferred but not mandatory."

Qualifications

• Education and experience minimum 10th grade; CNA license required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret basic documents.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents with wristbands or photo IDs before procedures.
• Record entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident safety and confidentiality of information.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Support with meals, personal care, and positioning.
• Prepare residents for examinations and tests.
