Job summary

HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING in Phoenix is seeking an On-Call Clinician Technician to provide safe, supportive care in a residential setting. You will engage clients in skills training, screen and assess, plan treatments, manage caseloads, and coordinate care with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1.5 years of relevant behavioral health experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in related field, or a non-related degree with 1 year in behavioral health.
• Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month MVR may be required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Background Check required.
• Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Freedom from infectious pulmonary tuberculosis.

Responsibilities

• Perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning and coordinate care.
• Manage caseload and provide crisis management.
• Provide direct client support in Independent Living Skills and wellness activities.
• Support rehabilitation, vocational skills training, and transportation services.
• Oversee medication processes and submit clinical documentation.
