Job summary

Terros in Turney Apartments, Phoenix, AZ 85014 seeks an On-Call Clinician Technician to provide a safe, supportive residential environment and engage clients in skills training to promote independence and community integration. Duties include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis coordination, and medication oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or higher.
• 0
• 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting or equivalent education.
• Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card required for some assignments.
• Current Arizona Driver License and acceptable MVR may be required for some assignments.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• BackgroundCheck required.
• Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
• Typing speed minimum 25 wpm.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Evidence of freedom from infectious pulmonary tuberculosis.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment for clients in a residential setting.
• Engage clients in skills training to enhance functioning.
• Perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.
• Provide direct client support including Independent Living Skills activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development, transportation, and crisis management.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.
• Shift flexibility and on-call availability to support staffing needs.
