Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an On-Call Clinician Technician to support clients in a residential setting. You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning and crisis management, with responsibilities including case load management and coordination of care.

You will provide direct client support through Independent Living Skills, health and wellness activities, transportation and medication oversight, with shifts in A/B/C blocks and flexible on-call hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1.5 years in behavioral health.
• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Bachelor’s in a non-related field + 1 year related experience.
• Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required.
• Arizona Driver License with eligible MVR may be required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Background Check.
• Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs/alcohol.
• Typing speed 25 wpm.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Freedom from active tuberculosis.

Responsibilities

• Screenings, assessments, treatment planning and crisis management.
• Case load management and coordination of care.
• Provide direct client support including ILS activities and wellness promotion.
• Assist with rehabilitation, vocational skills, transportation, and development services.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Education
