Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an On-Call Clinician Technician to support clients in a residential setting. You will perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordinate care to promote recovery and community integration.

You will provide direct support, engage clients in Independent Living Skills, promote health and wellness, assist with rehabilitation and vocational skills, and monitor the medication process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1.5 years of relevant behavioral health experience; OR associate's/bachelor's degree in behavioral health; OR non-behavioral health bachelor's with BH experience.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment in a residential setting.
• Engage clients in Independent Living Skills and health promotion activities.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care, crisis management and linkage to community resources.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associate's degree in behavioral health

Bachelor's degree in behavioral health

Non-behavioral health bachelor's + 1 year BH experience
