Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Clinician Technician to provide a safe residential environment, engage clients in skills training, and manage screenings, assessments, and care coordination.

You will support Independent Living Skills, health and wellness activities, and oversee the medication process while documenting clinically. This full-time in-office role offers diverse benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR an associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; OR a bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field; OR a non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm; valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain it; valid Arizona Driver License and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.
• Provide direct support engaging clients in Independent Living Skills activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance, rehabilitation and vocational skills.
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Education

Associate's degree

Bachelor's degree in behavioral health

Non-behavioral health bachelor’s degree + 1 year relevant experience
