Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or GED; higher degrees optional as listed.
Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Background check required.
Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, secure environment in a residential setting and engage clients in skills training to enhance functioning and community integration.
Perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management and crisis coordination of care.
Support clients with Independent Living Skills, health promotion, personal assistance, rehabilitation, vocational training, transportation and crisis management.
Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation.
