Qualifications

• Epic Health Records experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for appointments and ensure medical records are ready.
• Assist in rooming during visits and document vitals and medication review.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Support patient connection to the provider and enhance the patient experience.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating follow-up appointments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers and health professionals.
