Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related industry experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Licenses and certifications preferred (electrical, mechanical, safety).

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of building systems and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure reliability of building systems at assigned properties.
• Operate DDC and pneumatic controls, plumbing, electrical gear.
• Perform general building repairs and document records.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with Construction and Property teams on projects.
