Job summary

You will respond to work orders, perform preventive tasks, and ensure safe, efficient building operations with a strong focus on customer service to tenants and occupants.

The role requires 3+ years of experience and licenses for boiler, CFC, and Texas maintenance electrician.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in building operations and maintenance.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Trade licenses are required as listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and systems.
• Maintain work orders in CMMS and respond to tenant service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; support on-call and emergency responses.
