Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-style customer service to tenants and partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Inspect building systems (HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing) to meet environmental specs.
• Perform contract work (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning) as needed.
