Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in commercial operations, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation, plus EPA certification within 90 days. This on-site role emphasizes reliability and a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in commercial building operations or related field.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-style service to tenants and internal partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to meet client specifications.
• Perform contract work such as landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning as needed.
