Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Cook 3 - Banquets with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. You will prepare, execute, and produce food for outlets across the resort, supporting banquet events and ensuring quality and consistency.

Candidates should be fluent in English, hold a culinary degree, have at least 6 months’ experience in a similar setting, and be able to lift 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Culinary degree required.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of local, Asian and/or Italian cuisine.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of food in various outlets in the resort.
