Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Cook 3 - Banquets to join our culinary team. You will prepare and execute dishes across multiple banquet outlets, delivering high-quality experiences for guests and events.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree, English fluency, and a passion for service. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, be flexible for call shifts, and comply with U.S. work authorization requirements. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for verbal and written communication.

• At least 6 months of experience in a hotel or banquet environment preferred.
• Knowledge of local, Asian and/or Italian cuisines is a plus.

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On Call Cook 3 -Banquets who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Cook 3 - Banquets reports to the Banquet Chef and is responsible for the preparation and execution of food in the designated outlet/area of the Resort. We have multiple positions at this level available within the different outlets of the resort.

What you will do:

Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of food in various outlets in the resort.

What you will bring:

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Culinary degree
• Candidates should have at least 6 months previous experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge and experience of local, Asian and/or Italian cuisine.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
