La Colombe d’Or Hotel and Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant is seeking a banquet server to ensure all food and beverage service for special events aligns with the hotel’s standards. Prior restaurant or banquet experience is required, and you will be on the restaurant and lobby floor engaging with guests during events.

You will respond to guest inquiries with a professional demeanor, contribute to guest satisfaction, and assist in maintaining consistent service and organization across all banquet

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or banquet experience required.
• Must interact with guests on the floor during event hours.
• Knowledge of hotel policies and guest requests is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be present on the restaurant and lobby floor engaging with customers during event hours.
• Speak with guests, or staff using a clear, professional, and respectful language at all times.
• Respond to individual guest needs, inquiries, and/or complaints as they occur.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the dining experience and hotel experience.
• Ensure service staff consistently adheres to proper service procedures during operations.
• Seeks out latest trends and products in industry and shares with Special Events & Catering Manager.
• Perform and execute all event details as planned by Restaurant Manager and/or Special Events & Catering Manager.
• Report to Special Events & Catering Menu any need for repairs or housekeeping of all restaurant & banquet materials.
• Assist in upkeep, storage, and organization of all banquet supplies.
• Adhere to grooming guidelines and standards.
• Observe all legal guidelines and procedures of the TABC.
• Thorough knowledge of product recipes, hotel policies and guest requests.
• Thorough knowledge of and correct application of all hotel policies, procedures, and practices.
• Maximize effective usage of the systems in place and recommend system improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

To ensure that all food and beverage service for special events are performed in accordance with La Colombe d’Or service and operation standards. Previous restaurant or banquet experience required
