Job summary

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos in Williamsburg, MI is seeking an on-call banquet server to assist with setup, service, and cleanup for banquet events. The role requires availability mornings, afternoons and evenings, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the lead server and kitchen staff, serving guests, and safely handling heavy trays and equipment in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred. Must be TIPS Certified or able to pass certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead server and kitchen team members
• Service guests upon arrival to the banquet areas.
• Lift and carry heavy trays of food, beverage, dishes, glasses, and supplies (i.e. Linen, bus tubs, centerpieces, chaffing dishes etc.)
• Deliver food and beverages to guest’s table or areas in a timely, friendly and professional manner
