Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos is seeking an on-call Banquet Bartender to mix and serve drinks for banquets and events. You will keep inventory records, stock the bar area, and transport liquor as needed while ensuring compliance with liquor controls. Excellent guest service, accuracy, and team coordination are essential.

You should have basic bartending experience, be 18+, and be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and events. Training in TIPS and strong math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous bartending experience is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve beverages upon request.
• Complete related paperwork and reports for billings and inventory.
• Ensure security of all bar areas and liquor storage.
• Open, set up, clean, and close the bar and related areas.
• Monitor beer kegs and stock bar areas as required.
• Communicate with managers about problems or product concerns.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and appearance at all times.
• Assist in monitoring product stock levels and replenishment.
• Stock dry goods, perishables, and liquor; transport to required locations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and follow liquor laws.
