Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and serviceware.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per event specifications.
• Prepare tables with linens, serviceware, glassware.
• Attend pre-event roll calls to learn details.
• Welcome guests with friendly, professional attitude.
• Serve food and beverages per service plan.
• Replenish beverages and clear dishes between courses.
• Reset rooms for next function.
