Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking On Call Banquet Servers to provide courteous and rapid service at events, including corporate parties and weddings. You will support Food & Beverage functions and help maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, able to work under pressure, and excel in fast-paced settings. Prior hospitality experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card and Completion of Alcohol Training Program.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced events.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across staff and departments.

Responsibilities

• Available to serve and/or bartend events.
• Oversee and assist in all Food & Beverage functions at events.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support operations.
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Roll up sleeves to assist staff and drive process improvements.
