Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an On Call Banquet Server to join our team at a world-class property. You will help set up banquet rooms for functions, serve and bus tables, and tear down banquet spaces at the end of events.

We value the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of wine and beverages, and strong communication to create memorable guest experiences for diverse events and guests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Familiarity with wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions: draping tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces and samples.
• Serve food and beverages, carry trays to function location, clear tables and remove dishes.
• Break down rooms: bussing tables, storing linens and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Clean back hall and organize storerooms; monitor safety and guest needs.
