Job summary

Roles involve setup, service during events, and post-event cleanup. Training is provided to learn RCGR standards for buffet, plated, and reception service.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at events.
• Greet guests and accommodate guests' needs during an event.
• Answer guests' questions about the menu and offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
• Assist other servers during peak periods with meals and guest requests.
• Learn buffet, plated, and reception-style service per RCGR standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experience for satisfaction.
• Set up, execute, and clean up for events.
• Perform side work in preparation for upcoming events.
