Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences at events within our properties. You will set up banquet rooms, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests receive attentive service with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms by arranging tables and chairs according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously during events.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of banquet events and reset rooms after service.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and event staff to meet quality and presentation standards.
