Job summary

Eurest is hiring on-call Audio Visual Technician in Atlanta, GA. Location: Firstwave - 1 Coca Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30313. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: on-call; hours may vary. AV/event support experience required. Pay range: $25–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting audio visual for events.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customer and meeting planner requests and provides equipment/assistance as needed.
• Provides problem escalation support and follows up on service challenges.
• Provides technical assistance for meetings and events requiring tech services.
• Follows SOPs for audio-visual support as provided by AV Manager/Director.
• Maintains AV equipment and room inventory; conducts frequent checks and updates.
• Assists with conference room set-ups and teardown as needed.
• Educates staff and customers on AV equipment operation.
